Completed roadmap for the IRON TGE - Whitepaper due by the end of 9 July 2018

​Reference is made to the Oslo Stock Exchange notice on 11 June 2018. Element ASA ('Element' or the 'Company') is pleased to inform that it has completed its roadmap schedule for its first TGE (Token Generating Event for the IRON Token. The Whitepaper and other material will be published at the latest on the 9 July 2018 at the web-site:

"This has been a challenging process, but finally the end is in sight", says Cecilie Grue, CEO of Element.

The company will following publishing of the Whitepaper, start the marketing of the Tokens through a pre-sale as is customary prior to the general TGE. The Company expects the pre-sale to be completed in approx. 60 days and the TGE in 30 days thereafter. Element is currently finalising agreements with service providers and potential partners and expect these to be finalized over the next month.

"As we have mentioned before, we see the IRON Token as a stepping stone to a large suite of different metal tokens and related products", says Lars Beitnes, Chairman of Element.
